What Match Hire does

Match Hire provides an AI-powered job search platform that scans job listings, calculates match scores, and generates application materials (resumes, cover letters) on your behalf based on your profile.

No guarantee of employment

Match Hire does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes. We provide tools to assist your search — ultimate hiring decisions rest with employers.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of your resume, profile, and any content you upload. You grant Match Hire a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely to provide the service.

Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring your profile and application materials are accurate and truthful. Submitting false information to employers via Match Hire is a violation of these Terms.

AI-generated content

Cover letters and application materials generated by our AI are personalized to your profile and the specific job. You should review them before applying. You take responsibility for any materials submitted on your behalf.

Permitted use

Match Hire is for personal, non-commercial job search purposes. You may use the service to find employment for yourself.

Our IP

All software, algorithms, branding, and content created by Match Hire are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.

Free tier

Core features of Match Hire are available for free. No credit card is required to create an account or use the basic service.

Paid plans

Premium features may require a subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

As-is service

Match Hire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that job matches will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Match Hire's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

By you

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Doing so terminates your agreement with us.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
